Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

Size or Fit Issues

If the item doesn't fit as expected, you may request an exchange or refund. For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. In some cases, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring a return — just reach out and we'll work with you.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved (or a damaged/wrong item is confirmed), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Replacement Timeline

If you opt for a replacement, please allow 15–25 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
